Kevin Dwyer – Chairman of the Board & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Dwyer has 30+ years of experience as an Entrepreneur and a Businessman. Prior to founding GFES, Mr. Dwyer spent nearly 25+ years working as a Partner in private and public companies and as a Co-Founder of GFE Sustainable,Inc. Mr. Dwyer attended Harvard where he focused his studies on Sustainability. He has earned multiple degrees and holds multiple licenses and certifications and is a Published Author. Kevin has received a Congressional Businessman of the Year Award

David L. Wheeler, MPAS – Director & Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Wheeler has 35+ years of experience in corporate management and analysis, capital formation, and securing of key management personnel. He has acted as an Independent Consultant to both private and public Boards of Directors in Texas, Utah, and Nevada. Mr. Wheeler has personally developed proprietary bioaquaceutical formulations and understands biochemistry, physiology, immunity, and bioavailability in nutrition and wellness. Mr. Wheeler graduated as a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance at the University of Utah in 1985 and earned a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from Idaho State University in 2014.

Lyncoln H. Cox – Head of Research & Development

Mr. Cox has 20+ years Management experience with various companies. He was the Executive Director for Integrity Management Corp. and for the Ute Venture Fund for the Ute Indian Tribe (2008-2010). Under his management, the assets of the Utah Ute Nation investment portfolio grew from $185M to $250M during his 3 years as Executive Director. Mr. Cox also operated within a $1.75 M annual budget and managed all aspects of the Economic Development & Business creation for the Ute Nation, with 100+ employees under his direction. Mr. Cox earned Associate and Bachelor of Science Degrees from Dixie State College and Southern Utah University in 1995 and 2000 respectively, and was awarded a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2005.

Jim Brinkerhoff – Advisor

Mr. Brinkerhoff has 30+ years’ experience with various companies in the Financial Planning Industry, managing 300+ Agents in a 7-state area and personally serving over 500 clients during his 30-year career. Mr. Brinkerhoff received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Financial Planning from Brigham Young University in 1982.

Dwight Williams, JD – Compliance Advisor

Mr. Williams is a consultant on compliance issues with respect to international transactions and going global, particularly for technology-based startup ventures, and corporate finance. From April 2010 to July 2015, he was General Counsel to the PilePro group of companies, a leading supplier of proprietary products for the heavy construction industry worldwide, with offices in Austin, Texas, Munich, Germany and Tokyo, Japan. Mr. Williams practiced law based in Salt Lake City, Utah for over 40 years. He was also an Adjunct Professor of Business Law at the University of Utah for five years and in 2013 was an Adjunct Professor at the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, teaching International Business Transactions. He is fluent in German, Italian and French. Mr. Williams received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Utah in Political Science, Magna Cum Laude in 1967 and was awarded a Juris Doctor Degree from Columbia University in 1970.

Steve Lipscomb, JD – Advisor

Featured on the cover of INC Magazine and above the fold of the Wall Street Journal for creating “the Hottest Business in America”, Steve Lipscomb conceived, founded and launched the World Poker Tour, recreating poker for television and launching the world’s first poker league. As CEO, he took the company public with his partner Lyle Berman on the NASDAQ stock exchange and later sold the tour and its assets to social/online gaming interests. While CEO, Lipscomb seeded and launched numerous businesses, including the world’s first Poker talent management company, the first televised card tour in the history of China and one of the most successful mobile phone games. After the WPT sale, he remained CEO of the publicly traded shell company and orchestrated a merger to create Emerald Oil and Gas, (AMEX ticker EOX). He then became CEO of the spin off-company (Ante5, Inc.) to oversee a private placement memorandum and the monetization of left-over WPT assets – producing over 40 million dollars in capital for the new company to use in the domestic oil and gas business (now Black Ridge Oil and Gas).
Currently based in Santa Fe, NM, Mr. Lipscomb works with corporations, American sports leagues, academic institutions and foundations to build businesses. He is Managing Director of Harvest Angels, a family organization that picks fruit and vegetables (that would otherwise go to waste) on private and public lands for distribution to people of need in the community. He continues to work on media projects, including BORN TO RUN, the American Idol of politics and is helping to launch the Fix It America movement.
Prior to the World Poker Tour, Mr. Lipscomb worked closely with luminaries such as Norman Lear, Al Burton and Alvin Toffler, creating television and film projects. A graduate of Dartmouth College and the University of Chicago Law School, he is licensed to practice law in California and Colorado.

Stephen Heidelberg – Geothermal Advisor

Mr. Heidelberg has over 43 years engineering experience working for PacifiCorp (formerly Utah Power & Light) with all aspects of coal-fired, natural gas, wind and geothermal power plant design, construction and management. He has been an Independent Engineering Consultant on the Blundell Geothermal and Hunter & Huntington Power Plants from 2001 to the present. In his career, Mr. Heidelberg has been involved in almost every aspect of the Coal-Fired, Natural Gas, and Geothermal Power Plant design, engineering, construction, and start-up. He also managed the engineering, contracting, construction, and start-up of a $65 million Wind Generation facility for PacifiCorp in 1998. Mr. Heidelberg received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1971.

Kevin G. Bowcutt, PhD – Technical Advisor

Dr. Kevin G. Bowcutt is a Boeing Senior Technical Fellow and Chief Scientist of Hypersonics for The Boeing Company, with 29 years of experience. He also serves as the Enterprise Chairman for the Boeing Technical Fellowship. Dr. Bowcutt holds BS, MS and PhD degrees in aerospace engineering from the University of Maryland, and is a world-renowned expert in hypersonic aerodynamics, propulsion integration, and vehicle design and optimization. Dr. Bowcutt has been elected to the U.S. National Academy of Engineering, one of the highest professional distinctions that can be accorded to an engineer.
